This one also wet rice maavu kolam, free hand design.The kaavi color powder comes handy for decorations.
Since the terrece has slight slop even wet maavu tries to run away from the kolam. wind and rain have the competition to taste it, but what to do only in terrece I have the space to draw big kolams.

Today is first shravana sukravara (friday)& naga chathurthi ,I drew this colour rangoli in front of my house.Like aadi velli we celebrate shravana shukravara (we do lakshmi pooja)
it was dizziling while i was drawing..hence i ended up with simple rangoli...

Last 4 days I was very busy, but could not resist putting a romantic kolam for V.day as per Lata's wish. Did not have any ready made one like Judy had, so has to hurry thru to put one. Jayanthi(my SIL) who visited us helped me in decorating it with her final touchups. My grand son Neel also put his hand on it to improve, and made us to redo somepart of it.
Thru this Rangoli we pass on our LOVE to ALL the LOVING HEARTS.
