hi friends....this is my wooden floor version of mandana design ..i just gave a try with chalk piece as lata said the folk art makes use of chalk powder.....hope you all like this

This is again a sikku kolam. I put this for Krishna Jayanthi with wet rice flour. It took around 1hr and 30 min for me to put this as I am not very used to putting kolams with wet rice flour.
this has the following dot pattern 19 to 1, straight dots. The photo is not very clear I guess. Let me know if you are able to see the kolam properly.
I always love "suzhi" kolams. So this is one of my favourites. I tried putting this with "wet rice flour", the one used for putting 'ezha' kolams.
