ikolam is slowly starting to turn into a social networking site! Some of our members have expressed their interest in updating their profiles with additional information, that would facilitate in communicating with friends and extended family.

Some of our members had reached their space limit while uploading their rangolis to the site. As of now, everyone should have enough space for further uploading, and we don't anticipate any problems (We will soon be allotting more uploading capacity to the site, in general). But, just in case you do encounter any kind of uploading problems, please email me your images, and I'll do the needful.

We are introducing a new bookmarking feature in iKolam, which allows the members to bookmark the item of interest (be it a kolam or a story or a blog entry) with the most popular bookmarking sites like digg, deli.cio.us, stumbleupon etc. If you are registered with one of these sites already, then you could easily start collecting most interesting kolams and posts from iKolam.

Below every node, you will find small thumb-nail images [ ], which when clicked will take you to the appropriate site.
