Brindha mam here is your kolam which i made at my apartment.
it is 21x21 but i did it without dots.

I DREW THIS KOLAM ON MATTU PONGAL FESTIVAL. IT DECORATED MY HOME ENTRANCE ON MATTU PONGAL DAY WITH DIFFERENT COLOURS ATTRACTING EVERYBODY'S ATTENTION. I USED RICE FLOUR AND COLOUR FLOUR. THE DOTS COUNTING ARE 15 TO 8 CROSS DOTS.
