It is a dotted kolam and the dot count is 15 to 8. I used gel pen for the filling. The name of this kolam is Rojapoo kolam but it looks like Rangoli.

First leave all the flowers in different plates...select a design with the available colours of the flowers and then draw the design on the floor using chalk...apply a paste on the floor so that the flowers stay in its place, in spite of any breeze on the top floors....apply the paste on a particular part and immediately scatter the flowers on the sticky part and proceed similarly!
