Chop all the vegetables. Add 6 cups of water and cook all the vegetables in a pressure cooker up to 3 or 4 whistles. Let it cool. Strain the water into a bowl. Grind the cooked vegetables with the juice extractor or mixie and strain the soup into the same bowl. Mix all the soup together and add salt if needed. Heat the soup upto drinkable level and add pepper powder. Serve hot. Note : You can split the vegetables into two part. One part may be fully grinded and another part may be half cooked with crunchiness. Mix both the grinded and half cooked vegetables, add pepper powder and serve hot. Friends, I am not a cooking expert, but want to share some of the recipes I do often at my home. I prepare this soup at least once or twice a week. My family members don’t want to eat the vegetables directly, so I am grinding all the vegetables and make the soup.
