Sweetcorn Cheeseballs

1. Microwave (or cook) sweet corn kernels for 10 minutes until soft. 2. Cool them and coarsely grind in mixie using the pulse button only. 3. Add grated cheese, coriander leaves, mint leaves, salt, chilli powder, amchur powder, chat masala, green chilli, grated ginger, corn flour, and maida and mix well until all are well blended. 4. Just sprinkle water in it, do not add too much water. Add just enough to make them into balls. 5. Refrigerate these for 10 minutes. 6. Deep fry them in hot oil and serve with tomato sauce or green chutney. Hope you all enjoy this :) :shy:
