3/4 cup maida
1/4 cup cornflour
A green chilly, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
A tsp of minced garlic2 tbsp- Oil
A tbsp of ginger + garlic paste
2 tbsp- dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp red chilly powder or 2 red chillies broken into 3 pcs each
curry leaves
Salt- to taste
Salt, to taste
Water, to make a thick batter
Ingredients and method
Wash and slice the mushrooms thin and long.Prepare the batter with the ingredients listed, thick, which resembles dosa/idly batter, in a wide vessel. mix it the sliced mushrooms. Heat the oil in a pan over high flame, and deep fry the mushrooms in it, for about one minute. Heat a little oil in another pan and fry the chopped green chillies and garlic, curry leaves for a minute. add soya sauce and add the fried mushrooms to it and fry for about one minute.
now ready to serve
