Aalooo batura and Chole

Soak black channa for 6 hours and pressure cook it. Grind onions,tomatoes,ginger-garlic to a fine paste. Heat oil in a pressure cooker,add oil...then the ground masala along with chole masala powder and saute it till oil seperates. Now add cooked channa, salt and turmeric powder to taste. Cook in medium fire for 10 mins and then pressure cook it for 5 mins. Chole masala is ready. Knead the dough with all ingredients and allow it to wait for 1hr. Make a big poori of a small piece of dough and cut them into small rounds using any small jar's lid....if u make an impression with d lid...u can make 5-6 even sized pooris out of that single big one. Deep fat fry them Serve them with chole masala.
