No Rani, this is a design which we cannot do with kolapodi. This is very intricate and will be difficult to get the clarity and beauty of the original drawing. Pretty design, Vasanthi Mam.

thank u everybody for ur encouring comments. rajammaji it takes hardly 1 to 2 hours to complete this design when we draw without any disturbance. i used to draw in the middle of the op so it takes 2 to 3 days to finish it. i have regular patients who are fond my kolam and collects my drawing in their visit to hospital.

oh sorry about that mix up Vasanthi - hehe... I am fine - have been away for a while as I was a bit busy with a lot of work due to my mother's shifting. Still a bit tied up but decided to sit and complete one section of rangolis today so will be back soon :)
