Thank you for the bonus mOhanaji! I only asked for Holly, and I didn't expect to see it in the queue within 24hrs :) The shape of this particular variety of Holly has many spikes. And, I think this one is more well known, and is used a lot for decoration purposes. I noticed another kind of Holly in my neighborhood, which had only 3 spikes, and is not elongated like this one. It is fun to compare the shapes. :) The designs are pretty looking, and the use of 4 bracts in the lower one is interesting. I'm sure you also like the white poinsettias. (Just in case someone wants to know, December 12 is National Poinsettia Day).

I just love the first design very much JKM and now you have brought that Christmas feeling in me... When we were kids my dad used to start playing christmas carols towards the end of November and we used to be all excited about the arrival of Christmas as we used to get lovely surprise gifts... After seeing this pretty creation of yours I want to go back to my childhood for two reasons - to see my dad and to receive those surprise gifts... memories flooding and eyes clouding - sorry folks will be right back :(
