Thanks a lot rajamma mam, vinci, uma and vasanthi for ur sweet comments....vasanthi....we get sand mixed col kolam pdrs here in chennai...(at parry's corner)...thats why it looks good to fill as well as to do a kolam itself with it...if u don't live in chennai...try to add beachsand with ur normal col pdr(riversand-aathumanal.. even if u sift it becomes more coarse)...so sift (jalichu poduppa)beachsand and mix and see....pl let me know ...
