I like the effect this has created. No other lights except the earthen lamps, very divine!

Thank you all. Actually it is 11-1 straight dots and design at the edges of all four green squares is an extension

The lamps give 3-D effect to the kolam. Very beautiful. The border is also very nice.

Even though this is a simple kolam as you call it, it looks extremely elegant and gives a very traditional look with the diyas... Nicely done Kameshwariji

Kameshwari you may call this simple - but the ultimate effect this cute kutty kolam has created is too good. If you had cropped the picture with only the kolam (without the border and threshold of your house) it would have looked exactly like a beautiful greeting card... Infact you can crop the picture and use it as your own greeting card too... Another thing I noticed is I can see a circle connecting the diyas - is it an illusion or is there a stain on the floor???

Thank you Judy Madam. Actually the circle is an illusion created by the lighting diyas
