I would also like to try out my version of 4 nagas (so hard to stop once you start), but I guess that has to wait for a few more days. :) I now have to direct my attention to Diya (who has been bugging me about some last minute play-accessories), and her rehearsal (for tomorrow's class annual play) Will catch up with naga comments from all our friends after a couple of days :)

Great. Kolam kooda pottudalaam, arranging thread in an intertwining way and fixing them is really a task, which needs patience. Hats off to you!

At last I am able to find an architectural pattern on stone in a temple for the string rangOli I presented here. This seems to be somewhere in karNATaka. This pattern is a mirror image of the one I made. The url is http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://www.kamat.com/kalranga/prani/snakes/1080.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.kamat.com/kalranga/prani/snakes/1080.htm&usg=__1fvcEHqbVmeujNZHlj52eLypLCw=&h=302&w=417&sz=52&hl=en&start=16&um=1&tbnid=gWBTFpK4NiV36M:&tbnh=91&tbnw=125&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dnagamandala%26hl%3Den%26rls%3Dcom.microsoft:en-us:IE-SearchBox%26rlz%3D1I7DKUS_en%26sa%3DN%26um%3D1 Regards! - mOhana
