I watched the 2nd day's competition 'live' in their website. They covered the first half in detail but our queen was somewhere at the tail end. I spotted her from a distance by her saree but could not get a glimpse of her kolam! Once again I thank Lakshmi for the close-ups!

Thai 8 adi paijal kutty 16 adi payum is a Tamil proverb.
Here appa 8 adi paijal mahan 16 adi panchurukkan. Good Good Pavan very nice photograper,
