Kolam for beginners
Traditional kolam designs suitable for beginners. The steps to making these kolams are pretty self explanatory. Start with the dots (if any) and then followed by the lines. Once done, optionally, the enclosed areas of the kolam may be filled with color rangoli powder.

I used to draw main kolam in the centre and two small kolams on both side of the main kolam. This is one such kolam drawn last week.
