Rangoli: HAPPY KARTHIGAI

This is a dotted podikolam which I originally did for the Diwali Contest, as my hubby liked the other one, I posted that for the contest and uploaded this for Karthigai. Hope you all like it.

Rangoli: Diwali Contest 2010

This is a wet maakolam with dot counts 11 x 11 and 5 x 2 on all four corners. I enjoyed making this and am happy that I could participate in the Diwali Contest. Hope you all enjoy viewing it.

Rangoli: Maakolam

This is a freehand maakolam I put in the party hall of my apartment on Navrathri last day... I took a photo of the wet kolam before it dries and came back later to take the photo of the dried kolam but unfortunately it was messed up by the time I went to take the photo.

This is a freehand podikolam which I have already done using wet rice flour ... hope you like it

This is a podikolam with dot count 7 to 4 interlaced, with 1 dot placed in between the four dots on all 6 sides... hope you like it

This is a maakolam with dot count 7 to 4 interlaced with one dot placed on all 6 sides in the middle.

This is a maakolam with dot count 4 x 4 with 3, 2, 1 on all four sides... hope you like it

This is a maakolam with dot count 4 x 4 and 3, 2, 1 on all 4 sides interlaced... hope you like it
