Unable to upload pictures as attachments

I'm unable tp upload pictures as attachments. I created a topic under Navarathri Golu & attached a picture showing the decoration at our home. But once I submitted the topic I could not see the attachment anymore. Can you please help.

I tried deleting the topic too since it is useless without attachment, but failed. You may, if required delete the topic created by me.
