Dear Latha,
I'm unable to see sign-in & log-out options. I never log-out after browsing in this site. Occasionally i do so. But now, even if I want to log-out, I cannot see that option available.

Hi Maha,
Can you see small sized words on the very top of the homepage.. These are the words displayed "Welcome,My Account, My messages, Logout". (Above to the advertisement and ikolam logo). If you can't view then Lata needs to look into the problem.

Apart from "My messages", you should be able to see the other options. If you are not able to, it means you need to adjust the settings in your computer.

I'm able to see "Welcome, My Account, Log out" in the top in small letters. I'm cannot see "My messages & other options". Can u pl guide me as to what settings needs to be adjusted in my computer?

If you able to see "Welcome, My Account, Log out" in the top, you're all set, and are able to browse just fine. No more adjustments are required to be done.

Dear Latha! From home when I browse the site I am able to sign in and sign out from the topmost bar of "welcome guest, sign and logout". But at my work place (bank) the sign in sign out bar is not appearing and unable to sign out even if I sign in somehow.

Lata, I am not able to upload my new picture in my page. I went to edit and chose the snap from where I have saved it. but it is not getting uploaded. Any spl procedure?

Kameswari, try refreshing the page. I can't figure out why things are not working, without knowing about the settings, browser and such. And, our server hasn't given us any problems lately so you shouldn't be experiencing problems browsing from any computer.
Jayanthi, try clearing your cache (from "tools" on your browser). No special procedures required.

Hi I could not find the login or logout option in the toolbar. However i loged in via sign in to view, but couldnot logout. Can anyone help me. For the past 3 days am online.

Ramya, As Lata said refresh the page. Even I come across this problem in the home page, after refreshing I can view the logout options. Try and give your feedback.

Vinci, I tried refreshing the page still i didnot see any logout option. Top right hand side, I have only UPLOAD and ABOUT option in the toolbar. I couldnot find MYACCOUNT option for logout.
