Show off day!
The following post is purely for fun and is a spontaneous idea, a spin off from today's " be humble day"! 
Let's make this theme in honor of the Peacocks. Let's make peacock rangolis and give them a chance to strut their stuff and show off their beauty! Please upload your peacock rangolis on March 3rd (Sunday). I hope we at least get four or five peacocks. If you're interested, please comment here. 
I'm going to find out words out of the Fashion industry to praise some of our beautiful feathery birds.
Our peacock models will be walking on March 3rd, so please upload them by March 3rd, by using the "Upload - Peacock models" menu. It would be nice if you could make them as single models (not in a pair or groups), and please give it a special name.

peacocks,,, a very common bird during madurai ramnad travel,,,, lucky that i watch them atleast thrice a week,,,

Uma, the more you tell us about Ramnad, the more it starts to look like an ideal place to live. Too bad some of us have to settle for being visitors.
Watching three times a week...you're lucky to enjoy their beauty so often. I remember watching them while growing up, roaming in our courtyards sometimes, in Delhi. But here in the US, we need to visit the zoo, and so has become more exotic.
Glad to know your peacock will be joining the catwalk too. :bigsmile:

Its my pleasure to send my peacock also for the ramp , let me try, as my daughter is busy with her projects, its very difficult to get the camera, that is why i have not uploaded any kolams for past two months. I definitely give a try Lata.
