Shoreline at Velanganni beach

In this picture we see a carnival type of an environment, set up by the people living in the community, in Velanganni. This area overlooks the beach. Sadly, the whole area of small shops located at the shoreline was wiped out in the Tsunami.
That is my brother, trying to take aim. We had visited the Church about an year before the Tsunami created havoc around the coast.
