Mylapore experience

It’s been a much awaited event for me and i am happy that i was able to make it. Even-though there were hurdles, I could get up early on the same morning and reached the venue just in time.
It was great to see many of my ikolam friends already there to encourage & cheer me up. Thanks soo much friends for making my day. Even the event organizers were very supportive and giving all necessary help. Started of with little tension, when the event organizer said you have only 45 min. Also as I was drawing on the road first time, was quite nervous and made the rangoli full. I think could have done better, if i had more time or did my practice/homework duely :(. It was really wonderful experience as I was with participants from 8 year old to 80 year old. The granny's enthusiasm even at that age is highly commendable and she was of a great inspiration to all younger generations.
We could see soo many photographers capturing all of us and there were some good posing time too. And our Pavan even went up on a terrace of the nearby building to take mine and all other pictures, thanks soo much Pavan.

It was good to see Lakshmi ma’m, raNi ma’m, sugu ma’m, Archi ma’m, Bharathi ma’m, ammu, and others (sorry if I have missed your names). raNi ma'm, i owe you the parcel ;), next time surely will make it.

It was great hospitality by Raghu Sir & Lakshmi madam & Pavan, made me feel very much home. It was good to talk with Sudha on phone. But somehow missed to call & meet Jaya ma’m, Judy . Hope to make to meet them in my next visit. And also going to plan more properly, as I missed to get my load of Nylon Kola pudi, I am sure will definitely make it next time.
