REQUIRED ITEAMS:
Rice flour : 1kg
oil : 1kg
salt : asper taste
coconut : 1
asafoetida : little
bengal gram flour: 1/2 kg
CHILLI powder : 2tea spoons
PREPARATION METHOD:
Sieve the rice flour,bengal grame flour and mix in a vessel of suitable quantity of water.then add the grated coconut ,chilli powder,salt,asafoetida all with the flour mixture and mix in to hard dough.then knead whel the dough like a thick thread and fry duly in a pan of hot oil. the KODUBALE LOOKS LIKE THIS...
