information requests

dear Admin,

For the past 15 days I found that the ikolam front page shows the same message, same pictures etc. including the info that rangoli contest is still open and pl vote!! New entries are not seen. I could make out only from the blog that the results are out. Is it some problem with my comp that it does not take new messages/ pictures?

Also how do we check whether our uploaded picture has reached you? The gallery does not contain my name, hence the problem. Please advice.

Hi Aditya, It is true that the "please vote" message hasn't been removed yet. But, the voting was turned off in the entries after the contest was closed. The results were posted too, and the blog posts, related links were all updated on the 20th. New rangolis were also published which is reflected on the main page. I think it is your computer which needs some fine tuning. Smile
Please try to clear the cache in your computer, and refresh a couple of time whenever you seem to get the feeling that things are a bit "stagnated". Smile

If you have only one or two rangolis published so far, you will not find your name in the gallery. One should have gotten atleast 5 rangolis or craft works (or a combination of the two) published in order to get a gallery page. I have not checked in your account yet, but of the top of my memory, I would say that your rangoli was the one which was all lighted up with many peacocks all over. I also remember that image getting many comments from our other members as well. I'll post the link later on (by evening) after I'm done with taking care of some things. Smile

Hi I could not find the login or logout option in the toolbar. However i loged in via sign in to view, but couldnot logout. Can anyone help me. For the past 3 days am online.
