Independence day

Since Independence day is falling on Sunday, we decided to celebrate it with kids beforehand {today]. We made them colour green and orange in a circle, cut and made it like a pinwheel and stuck a blue circle in the centre and atached a ribbon from behind and viola!... the badge for them was ready. They all wore it with pride and went home showing everyone on their way.

The kids must be feeling proud to wear the flag made by their own hands!

Thank you all for ur encouragement. It motivates me to think and explore more and more for the coming festivals and celebrations. Ananthalakshmy mam, one third of a circle is used for each orange, green and white, Backside too the same shades so that when it is folded, it will show the same shade.
