Ingredients
1 cup of grated gobhi (cauliflower)
3 cups of wheat flour for paratta
2 spoon oil
1 spoon salt
1 spoon mirchi powder
corriander leaves
Method
Mix all this with water ,

Take small pieces of dough and role it into round paratta.
Place the tawa on the stove . After heating, place the paratta on it and
add 1 spoon of oil on either sides of paratha.
Keep it on the tawa until it becomes brown on both sides by repeatedly changing the sides. serve this with some chutney.

Ammu take care .Drink lots of water .Don't eat chatar patar .eat only dahi rice okay ....if u r taking antibiotics then add probiotics like Econorm (to prevent the side effects)and also Becosule forte(b-complex with vitamin c)..Get well soon dear .

yes suguna moong dal is very good because it contains rich ammount of proteins as any other dala like tur dal but moong dal is very easy to digest .During diarrhoea the best thing one should do is drink either rice water (water from the cooked rice)we call it gangi with little water and moog dal water for replacement of water lost .raw coconut water is also useful .Dahi(curd )is very useful because it contains natural probiotic yeast which helps in maintaining the normal floora(normal friendly oraganisms presence in our intestine).Chas (butter milk)is also good .
