Donno what to do?
Hai friends,
a katori of leftover sambar, sediments of yesterday's rasam and koottu, some spinach, little bit of cooked rice, some vegetable poriyal, a small bowl of day b4 yesterday's chapati bhaaji.. etc etc........ Sounds familiar? Everyone of us has these treasures inside our fridge, without having a mind to throw them out [saamaan vikkira vilaiyil......], at the same time donno what to do with them huh? one way is to make ericha kari or ericha kozhambu. I have come up with a novel idea. Friends, pls try and let me know ur comments on this unique receipe.
Whatever is remaining in the fridge, mix everything and put it in the mixie to make a puree out of it. No need to add any salt as they all have salt in them. Add enuf wheat flour to this puree and knead well to make a thick dough. add lots of chopped raw onions and lots of coriander leaves to the dough and knead well. make balls and spread and make thick chapatis and cook it on a tawa with little bit of ghee or oil on both sides. Serve hot with a thick chutney of ur choice or with some pickle. IIt will be very soft when hot.No one will be able to say what it is made of. All the leftovers will get kaalified and u have a meal made out of it. Try out this my friends and u will remember me for this. and write ur feedbacks after a trial. Don't let the cat out of the bag as to what is it made of to ur family members esp kids. I have named this as FCP. Can anyone find its full form? They will be rewarded with a FCP.

I too guess it to be 'Fridge Clearance Paratha!
It can also be named as MRP-Mixed Reminder Paratha!
I remember my 90 yrs old grandmother-in-law naming "Rat Reminder Fruit rice" for 'eli-micham-pazham sadham'!
