chikoo halwa

6 chickoos,
1/2 cup milk
1/4-1/3 cup sugar
khoya or milk powder (as required)
few drops of essence (as per choice)-rose
2 tsp ghee

Method
peel the chickoos or blend add milk and boil in heavy pan,
when slightly thickens add khoya and cook, strring continuously,
add sugar and ghee, cook continuousely, till ghee oozes
garnish with dry fruits.
