Rangoli: sOnA pAtterns with strings - 1

Here are two patterns woven with strings. We have a basic 3x4 dot pattern with a single string at the top. A sona square with this basic pattern has two strings (red and green) with the symmetry 222 (180 degree rotations about a vertical axis, and two diagonal 180 deg rotations in the plane of the figure). If you ignore the colours, then the symmetry is 422 (90 deg rotations about a vertical axis and four 180 deg rotations at 45 deg in the plane), Enjoy!

Regards! - mOhana
