Hi! Friends! This rangoli has been created today for Karthika Pournami. Dot count is 13 to 13 straight dots with extension on four sides. Colour powders and kola podi is used. As the background is white, I had to use brown colour for borders. In the middle is Lakshmi Devi blessing all of us with prosperity and health. Your comments please. Happy Karthigai to all.

This is a dotted podikolam which I originally did for the Diwali Contest, as my hubby liked the other one, I posted that for the contest and uploaded this for Karthigai. Hope you all like it.
This is a dotted kolam (19 x 19). One with real diyass and the other with rangoli diyas (day light).

This is a kolam with 9 to 5 mid dots and then 2,1 dots around.created by myself.
I am uploading the rangoli which I put for welcoming the Year 2010. I forgot to upload it at that time. I happened to see it in my file now.
I am happy that I saw it before the year 2010 comes to a close.
