THIS IS A DOTTED CHIKKU KOLAM WITH DOT COUNT 12 TO 2 AND 2 X 2 DOTS ON ALL 4 SIDES. HOPE YOU ALL LIKE IT.
This rangoli has been made with dry rangoli powder colours on the occassion of Diwali 2011.
This free hand rangoli was made by me for diwali contest .Aparna and her mother helped me to made this rangoli.Hope you like my real work.

This year I decided to use colored rice for my Diwali rangoli. I had rice that remained from a kolam competition, so I decided to use it.
I was limited on time and space and wanted to involve my 8 year old daughter.. so I decided to make the kolam using rice.

the colors are not showing up the best.. but i hope it will give you an idea.
