I happened to see a programme in Travel asia - and it was based on Rangoli drawn during Deepavali in Delhi.
They are using a tube like instrument for drawing 3 or 5 lines a a time - so easy and beautifull. And also different types of molds too.... does anyone have any idea were in Singapore do you get this type
