Previously I thought that it was Laxmi on Elephant.

viji take a long sheet of paper(news paper)fold it to four or five equal times as u wish,and make small holes where there is no separation of papers that is on the reverse side of the paper,with equal distance make the holes pour the powder on it and hold a edge and move it at 360 degrees u will get dotted circles now join it and make it thicker as u wish and fill the colours thank u.

Viji thanks for ur appreciation.that is not lakshmi on elephant,but indra on white elephant(Iravatha)it is available in photo shops.
