saikrupasriram thanks for ur interest in this.procedure is same like under water rangoli,after drawing the rangoli u can spred the glitterings(it is availble in fancy stores)after that u can spred the flowers after pouring the water. Lakshmi
its amazing.... but do u use the colors directly on the plate without mixing the whitepowder?
