Hai here i upload my brothers marrige photos.It is the entrance of the marriage hall we assembled the kuthuvilakku.the kuthuvilakku is under the plate which was decorated by maavilai(mango leaf) done by paper.these r all placed in the centre of the kolam

I put this kolam on THAI VELLI Day. Dots are self explanatory.

I had put this kolam during Margazhi month using all bright colours. I had decided to upload the same for the Margazhi contest. Though it was looking very beautiful on floor, the photograph(s) looked very dull. Therefore, I put another kolam for the contest.

I put this kolam again on last Thai Velli with only white podi and this is the result.

This is a dotted kolam in the shape of kuthuviLakku.

A dotted lamp kolam. Dot count: 7 at the center, leading upto two at both ends. Used my last batch of rangoli powder that I brought from India. I'll have to switch to making with rice paste or chalk in a few days.

There was a pooja at my friend's house and it was called Bhagvati Sevai. (They r basically keralites.) The decoration made Kuthu vilakku and the rangoli which they put for this pooja was extremely good. Cant resist uploading..
