Green Chutney

Dry Roast 2 tsp of urad dal in a pan. Remove the seeds in tamarind. Clean the Curry leaves, Coriander leaves and Mint leaves. In a pan add 1 tsp of cooking oil and season with Mustard seeds, remaining 1 tsp Urad dal and Asafoetida. Let it cool.
