Prerequisites:
One rangoli in any theme, made during 2015 Diwali season. Upload in iKolam.com by: November 20.

You should be able to see an option titled "Diwali rangoli contest" under the "Upload" from the Top menu in the main page. Or, here is a link for your convenience. Good luck!
