Interesting onion kolam Pushpa - only thing you did not get the right colour for the onion. The curry leaf and tomato border looks cute :) As usual your maakolam rocks :)

Lovely color on these yellow onions Pushpa! This is the kind that we use a lot here. The darker ones and the white onions are also commonly available. The skin on this one is yellowy-brown, more like what you've used here. I see a combed effect on the surface though. Any special effects tried? Do spill. :) I'm going to take this design for an inspiration, one of these days. :)
