I was away for quite sometime for my son's shaadi. Thanks one and all for the comments. Thanks Subhashini mam for the best wishes. Judy, no mirror in the shelf. There are 2 glass shelves. At the bottom, on top of the kolam, a glass sheet is kept so that kolam will not get spoiled for longtime. This snap was sent loooong back. I think this is a repeater. May be Lata would have thought that bringing this snap is appropriate after the shaadi. Thanks Lata.

Some points to be noted from the pic: 1.Kolam was done , which is a traditional one ie; dots one without designs., and is protected it with the glass plat. 2. Two deepams are hanged on both sides which gav a divine look. 3.Th bells of the cupboard gave a temple look. 4. The top floor center lamp gave a rich look to the shelf. 5. Generally we put photos in the shelf, but to get a divine look we should even use the idols. Like second floor antic piece idols. 6. Ground floor silver stand and the silver kumkum bharina gave a traditional look . 7.Finally , there can be many things to decorate, but flowers gave a final look to the shelf. Any more observations please share.
