Welcome to ikolam! :) Interesting way to make a rangoli! The rangoli looks pretty with lotuses at the ends. Thank you for sharing your wonderful artwork with all of us. Happy Pongal. :) -Lata

Thanks veena. iam eager to see your oucome also. goodluck ! tried with a small waterbottle also by making a hole on the cap. thats also working out. but this SD method is easy with long nozzle.

Thanks everyone for welcoming & encouraging me with an immediate lovely response. actually i first tried with a small water bottle with a hole on the cap. but then this SD idea strike me . this method works fine both with shop bought dry rice powder & wet maavu also. the above one is wet maavu mixed with little rice powder to adjust the consistency. the batter should be more thicker than the hand drawn consistency.,,, key to success . the kolam will look even more beautiful after drying with thinner lines. goodluck ! eagerly waiting for your outcomes.

thanks to everyone .iam overwhelmed. ammu ji , you got it now na ? its also called oil dispenser. but sauce is the right word. it has long nozzle with an optimum size of a hole on the top.
