My precious Snapdragons

Submitted by Lata on
Here is a picture of a few Snapdragons I grew in our garden a few years ago. They got "eaten up" about an year after I took this picture. I used the word "eaten up" because that's what the mint did to my precious Snapdragons. The mint that was growing right next to the Snapdragons, grew so invasive, that it sapped the nutrition out of the flowering plants, and soon they were gone. Before the mint killed my Geraniums, I had to do something, and ended up uprooting the whole patch, to start afresh!

Waw! A mini Brindhavan. Such a cluster of colorful flowers. So Lata, gardening is one of your useful hobby! Yes, Lata, we must be very careful in bringing up the flowering plants. I am just learning. rajamma

I'm glad all of you enjoyed this view. You're right Rani, those are my girls in the background. I was behind the camera. :)
