For uploading regular rangoli, please use the "upload" and drop-down option "rangoli". Just fill up the fields with a title and upload your rangoli image. For contest, use the green button "Upload rangoli".

thanks Lata..... i thought because i have missed the timeline, the Green Upload button is not shown.
Btw when i logout, the main page shows the button and when I click the same & login back, it shows access denied message

Please make sure you're logged in first. Then look for a green "upload rangoli" button with a white arrow on the left most part of the main menu.
